Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We always strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Customers must place a return or exchange request within 2 days of receiving their order.

  • Requests made after 2 days from the delivery date will not be considered for return or exchange.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately.

  • You must have photographic or videographic proof showing the damage at the time of unboxing or receiving the order.

  • Without proof, we may not be able to process your return or replacement request.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at  thevogueho@gmail.com with your order details and proof of issue.

  2. Once your return request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup from your location.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will confirm your exchange or refund.

Refund & Delivery Time

  • Approved returns will be processed and completed within 7–8 working days from the date of pickup.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as innerwear, accessories, and discounted sale products, are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and promotional reasons.
